Mount Bromo is an active volcano in East Java, Indonesia. It’s part of a larger mountain range and sits inside a massive crater called a caldera. The caldera is filled with volcanic sand, creating a unique “sea of sand” landscape. Even though it’s not the tallest volcano around, Bromo is the most active and famous making it a popular tourist destination. The area around Bromo is also culturally significant for the Tengger people who live there.

Madakaripura Waterfall is a hidden gem located in East Java, Indonesia. It is the tallest waterfall on the island of Java, cascading down a whopping 200 meters into a mystical natural chamber. The waterfall is surrounded by towering cliffs that are constantly dripping water, creating a rain-like effect.

The journey to the waterfall is a trek through a beautiful valley, with stunning views of large trees and fresh air. Be sure to wear strong, waterproof shoes or sandals, as the path can be slippery.

Start : Surabaya Finish : Surabaya

09.00 – 10.00 Pick-up service at Surabaya or Malang.

10.00 – 12.00 En route to Madakaripura Waterfall.

12.00 – 12.45 Continue by motorbike taxi then trekking about 2 km to the waterfall.

12.45 – 13.30 Madakaripura Waterfall

Enjoy the waterfall and take photos. You can’t swim in the main pool.

13.30 – 15.00 Back to our car, then we continue to drive to our hotel in the Mount Bromo area. (Cemara Lawang village).

15.00 – 18.00 Hotel check-in and free time.

DAY 2

03.00 – 04.00 En route to Bromo sunrise viewpoint by 4WD jeep.

04.00 – 06.00 Bromo Sunrise View Point

Enjoy the magical sunrise of Mount Bromo.

06.00 – 06.30 En route to the sea of sands.

06.30 – 07.00 Sea of Sands Bromo

Explore the sea of sand and take pictures with the jeep.

07.00 – 08.00 Climbing to Mount Bromo.

08.00 – 08.30 Mount Bromo

We can see the Bromo crater and you can feel this volcano's activity.

08.30 – 09.15 Back to our jeep and then drive back to our hotel.

09.15 – 10.30 Hotel, breakfast, and shower (prepare to check out).

10.30 – 13.30 En route to Surabaya. We will drop you at the airport or hotel and
